Investment Summary

StoryBuilt is raising up to $25M of new capital to be invested alongside our existing note-holders and shareholders in two ways: matching our institutional joint venture partners’ additional equity allocations and advancing our pre-development projects to be shovel-ready and permitted. The investment is diversified across the entire portfolio and is expected to be repaid as projects are completed. Corporate Note holders will have the option to convert to equity shares in the portfolio at their discretion.

Terms

Year One = 16%

  • 8% per annum, non-compounding, paid quarterly
  • 8% per annum, non-compounding, accrued

Year Two = 20%

  • 12% per annum, non-compounding, paid quarterly
  • 8% per annum, non-compounding, accrued
  • Additional 4% on principal balance paid in the repayment period

IRR return target of 20+%* with a minimum investment of $50,000
