Investment Summary

StoryBuilt is pleased to offer the opportunity for accredited investors to have a preferred ownership investment in StoryBuilt’s income producing assets.

The Income Portfolio Fund is a diversified portfolio of assets that invests directly across acquired and developed commercial assets.

Investors will have the opportunity to own a part of the assets StoryBuilt has developed for long-term rental, or those we have purchased with existing rental income to be redeveloped.

The total preferred ownership capital taken into the partnership will increase over time. The increase is based on the addition of assets and the net operating income produced. This income is used to pay the 7% yield to investors.

StoryBuilt will manage the properties and tenants with its vertically integrated team and intends to include at least 5 but no more than 20 assets in the portfolio.
