Investors will receive a 12% preferred return plus a 3% finished lot price participation based on an anticipated 18 month hold. StoryBuilt is targeting an 18% floor minimum return if investors are repaid within 6 months, 12% floor thereafter.

  • The addressing for the residences on site (unit numbers & street names) have been finalized and approved by the City of Austin
  • The draft version of the Condominium Documents required as part of the sale and establishment of the Home Owners Association have been received. The documents were reviewed by the sales team and HOA team with Winstead. Winstead is currently working on updated version of the documents based on comments provided.
  • The Civil, Architecture, and Pre-Construction teams are reviewing some cost-saving changes to the site.
